BORGAS does not add analytics or advertising trackers to this website. Fonts and product images are served with the site.

The public website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

Product inquiries

Where an email contact option is available, information you enter stays in the page until you choose to open an email draft. The site does not store the form contents or submit them to a server. Your email application and email provider handle the message when you send it.

BORGAS uses information you send to respond to your question and handle related support. Please include only the information needed for your request. An inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Shopping and customer accounts

Your cart is stored in your browser on this device. It contains product identifiers and quantities, and can be cleared by removing the products or clearing site data. If browser storage is blocked, the cart may not persist.

Supabase processes passwordless email sign-in and stores a session in your browser. Signing out removes that session. The BORGAS order service processes your account identifier, email address, delivery information, purchased items, totals, payment status and fulfillment status to handle orders and support.

PayPal processes payment details at checkout. BORGAS receives the payment and transaction status but does not collect your card number through this website.

Order information is retained as needed to handle purchases, support, refunds, disputes and required business records. Contact BORGAS about access or deletion requests; some records may need to be retained where required for payment, tax or legal purposes.

BORGAS Asset Creator

When you buy BORGAS Asset Creator, the order service also stores the license key issued for your order, including the name on the license, so it can show the key on your account page and handle support and refunds.

BAC runs on your computer. Your reference images, projects and generated models stay there; BORGAS does not collect them. Once a day, when online, BAC downloads the public list of revoked license keys from borgas.us, and when you check for updates it downloads release information from updates.borgas.us. These requests send no personal data, projects or license details beyond ordinary technical request information such as your IP address. See the BAC license agreement.
