Shipping & returns.

Where we ship

BORGAS currently offers free standard shipping to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. The shipping amount is shown in your order total before you continue to PayPal.

Processing time

In-stock orders normally leave BORGAS within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is separate from processing time. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Address changes and cancellations

Check the delivery address shown at checkout before paying. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact BORGAS as soon as possible. An address cannot be changed and an order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.

30-day returns

Contact BORGAS within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the product. Include the device and the components supplied with it, and package them securely for transit.

BORGAS will inspect the returned product and confirm the refund to the original payment method. Return-shipping responsibility and any refund of the original shipping charge will be confirmed with the return authorization based on the reason for the return. This policy does not limit remedies available for an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, keep the packaging and contact BORGAS promptly with the order number and a description of the issue.
