Refund policy.

Updated September 23, 2026. This policy covers BORGAS Asset Creator (BAC) licenses sold by Devin Tague, doing business as BORGAS. Physical products follow the shipping and return policy.

BAC runs on your own hardware, so please check the system requirements before buying. Here's exactly how refunds work.

14 days if it won't run on your computer

If BAC won't install, set up or generate on your computer within 14 days of purchase, email hello@borgas.us with your order number and a short description of what happened. We'll try to fix it first. If we can't get it working within a reasonable time, we'll refund you in full.

Changed your mind

Within 14 days of purchase, if you haven't generated anything with BAC, we'll refund you in full for any reason.

Other requests

After you've used BAC to make models, we don't generally refund for dissatisfaction with individual results, since AI-generated models vary from run to run. Contact us anyway. We'll help you get better results and consider any request fairly.
After 14 days, no refunds, except where the law requires one.
Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded in full at any time.

How refunds work

Email hello@borgas.us from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days.

When a purchase is refunded, the license ends and its key is revoked: BAC stops generating, finishing, exporting and running QA the next time it goes online. Please uninstall BAC.

Launch price

The launch price applies to the first 100 licenses sold. A refunded launch-price purchase still counts toward those 100 and doesn't reserve a launch-price spot for a later purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us before disputing a payment with PayPal or your bank. It's faster for you. A charged-back purchase ends the license.
